Märtsikuu alguses toimusid järgmised töötoad (IV), kus arutati koostöömudeli koostamise senist kogemust ja jagati kodutöö tagasisidet. Kõik meeskonnad jätkasid innukalt mudelite täiendamist.
Koosloome protsessile ja omavahelisele koostööle tagasi vaadates tõid meeskonnad suurima takistusena välja ajapuuduse, samas olid kõik meeskonnad väga tänulikud senisele sujuvale koostööle ning hindasid kõrgelt kontaktkohtumisi oma meeskonnaliikmetega. Väärtuste sõnastamisel olid meeskonnad üksmeelsed ning suunatud edaspidisele sujuvale valdkondadeülesele koostööle.
Valmimisel on projekti uuringute raport, hetkel täiendamisel ja ülevaatamisel. Järgmised projekti töötoad toimuvad aprilli alguses.

At the beginning of March workshops (IV) were held, where the experience of creating a cooperation model so far was discussed and homework feedback was shared. All teams eagerly continued to improve the models.
Looking back at the co-creation process and mutual cooperation, the teams pointed out lack of time as the biggest obstacle, while all teams were very grateful for the smooth cooperation so far and highly valued the contact
meetings with their team members. When formulating the values, the teams were unanimous and aimed at smooth cross-disciplinary cooperation in the future.
The research report of the project is being completed, currently being supplemented and reviewed. The next project workshops will take place in early April.
