T\u00f6\u00f6tubadest v\u00f5tsid osa k\u00f5igi 8 KOV-i valdkondade\u00fclesed meeskonnad, kokku 60 spetsialisti.<br \/>\nSotsiaalse Innovatsiooni Labor andis \u00fclevaate&nbsp;<strong>koost\u00f6\u00f6mudeli \u00fclesehitusest&nbsp;<\/strong>ning&nbsp;<strong>v\u00f5imalikest takistustest<\/strong>, mille t\u00f5ttu ei ole koost\u00f6\u00f6 alati piisavalt t\u00f5hus ning s\u00fcsteemne. Oluline on v\u00e4lja tuua, et&nbsp;<strong>v\u00f5rgustik ei toimi kui sinna \u201ekuuluda\u201c, vajalik on teadlik panustamine ning s\u00fcsteemne eestvedamine<\/strong>. T\u00e4htis on ka \u00fchiste eesm\u00e4rkide s\u00f5nastamine, v\u00f5rgustiku j\u00e4rjepidev arendamine ja tulemuste hindamine. T\u00f5rkeid esineb sageli kommunikatsioonis ning osapoolte rollijaotustes ja \u00fclesannetes.<br \/>\nAntud projekti k\u00e4igus on k\u00f5ik kohalikud omavalitsused&nbsp;<strong>kaardistanud sihtr\u00fchmad (persoonad)<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>ressursid<\/strong>&nbsp;ning koostatud on&nbsp;<strong>p\u00f5hjalik kokkuv\u00f5te varajast koolist v\u00e4ljalangemist soodustavate tegurite kohta<\/strong>&nbsp;(perekondlikud tegurid, individuaalsed tegurid, kooliv\u00e4lised individuaalsed ja sotsiaalsed tegurid, haridusasutusega seotud individuaalsed tegurid ning haridusasutusega seotud sotsiaalsed tegurid, koostanud: Stories for Impact, Jaan Aps). Tegurite kokkuv\u00f5ttest selgub, et&nbsp;<strong>keskhariduse omandamine s\u00f5ltub Eestis suuresti p\u00f5hikooli l\u00f5putulemustest. Ligi pool neist, kelle p\u00f5hikooli l\u00f5putunnistuse keskmine hinna on alla 3,5, ei j\u00f5ua keskhariduse omandamiseni.<\/strong><br \/>\nEnnel\u00f5unal tutvustas Evelin Kostabi (Sotsiaalse Innovatsiooni Labor)&nbsp;<strong>persoonaintervjuude tulemusi<\/strong>&nbsp;ning jagas iga KOV-i meeskonnale&nbsp;<strong>visualiseeritud sihtr\u00fchma kokkuv\u00f5tte ning &nbsp;klienditeekonna.<\/strong><br \/>\nP\u00e4eva teises pooles alustasid meeskonnad&nbsp;<strong>ideaalse klienditeekonna kaardistusega<\/strong>. P\u00f5nevat arutelu j\u00e4tkus p\u00e4eva l\u00f5puni, mil valmisid algsed ideaalse klienditeekonna kaardistused.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4rgmised t\u00f6\u00f6toad toimuvad juba 31.01, 01.02 ning 02.02.2023.a, kus j\u00e4tkub sisukas m\u00f5ttet\u00f6\u00f6 koost\u00f6\u00f6mudelite lahkamisel.<\/p>\n<p>Ajavahemikul&nbsp;<strong>06.-09. veebruar 2023.a toimub projekti \u00f5ppevisiit Norra Kuningriiki<\/strong>, Agderi piirkonda (L\u00f5una-Norra, Kristiansand) tutvumaks sealsete parimate praktikatega.&nbsp;<strong>Saadud teave ja kogemused on sisendiks kohaliku tasandi integreeritud teenusemudelite v\u00e4ljat\u00f6\u00f6tamise protsessis<\/strong>. \u00d5ppevisiidi delegatsioon on 19-liikmeline.<br \/>\n\u00d5ppereisil toimuvad arutelud, miniseminarid ning erinevate asutuste k\u00fclastused.<br \/>\nFookus on koolist v\u00e4ljalangemise ennetamisel (sh varajane ennetamine) ning sealse piirkonna parimatel praktikatel:<br \/>\n1)<strong>Vennesla Bridge projekt<\/strong>, mis on suunatud ennetust\u00f6\u00f6sse koolist v\u00e4ljalangemisriskis noortega ja NEET-noortega<br \/>\n2)&nbsp;<strong>Lindesneslosen projekt<\/strong>, mille eesm\u00e4rgiks on samuti noorte toetamine hariduse omandamisel ja l\u00f5petamisel. Projekti sihtr\u00fchmaks on noored, kellel on probleeme vaimse tervise, s\u00f5ltuvusainete ja koolihariduse omandamisega. Informatsioon: https:\/\/agderfk.no\/vare-tjenester\/folkehelse-levekar-og-likestilling\/ung-support\/<br \/>\n\u200b<br \/>\n\u200b<br \/>\n<em>In English:<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color: #5040ae;\">THE TEAMS STARTED MAPPING THE IDEAL CUSTOMER JOURNEY<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>On 17th-19th January, 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>workshops (II)&nbsp;<\/strong>took place in the Wesenbergh Conference Center. Teams of all 8 local municipalities, 60 specialists in total, took part in the workshops.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Sotsiaalse Innovatsiooni Labor gave an&nbsp;<strong>overview of the structure of the cooperation model<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>possible obstacles, due to which cooperation is not always efficient and systematic enough.<\/strong>&nbsp;It is important to point out that&nbsp;<strong>teamwork does not work if you &#8220;belong&#8221; to it, conscious contribution and systematic leadership are necessary<\/strong>. Formulation of common goals, continuous development of the network and evaluation of results are also important. There are often breakdowns in communication and in the roles and tasks of the parties.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>During this project, all teams have&nbsp;<strong>mapped target groups (personalities)<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>resources<\/strong>, and a&nbsp;<strong>comprehensive summary of the factors contributing to early school leaving&nbsp;<\/strong>(family factors, individual factors, individual and social factors outside of school, individual factors related to the educational institution and social factors related to the educational institution, prepared by: Stories for Impact, Jaan Aps). The summary of the factors shows that the&nbsp;<strong>acquisition of secondary education in Estonia largely depends on the final results of elementary school. Almost half of those with an average score of lower than 3.5 on their primary school leaving certificate do not reach secondary education.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Evelin Kostabi (Sotsiaalse Innovatsiooni Labor) presented the&nbsp;<strong>results of the personal interviews&nbsp;<\/strong>and shared a summary of the&nbsp;<strong>visualized target group and the customer journey for each local government team.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>In the second half of the day, the teams started mapping the&nbsp;<strong>ideal customer journey.&nbsp;<\/strong>The exciting discussion continued until the end of the day, when the initial mappings of the ideal customer journey were completed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Next workshops will take place on 31st January, 1st February, 2nd February.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>In the period 06th-09th February 2023 visit to Norway (Southern Norway, Kristiansand)&nbsp;<\/strong>will take place to get acquainted with the best practices there.&nbsp;<strong>The information and experiences gained are input in the process of developing integrated service models.&nbsp;<\/strong>Visit delegation has 19 members.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Discussions, mini-seminars and visits to various institutions will take place during the visit.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The focus is on the prevention of dropping out of school (including early prevention) and the best practices in the region:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1)&nbsp;<strong>The Vennesla Bridge project,<\/strong>&nbsp;which is aimed at preventive work with young people at risk of dropping out of school and NEET young people<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2)&nbsp;<strong>Lindesneslosen project,<\/strong>&nbsp;the goal of which is also to support young people in acquiring and completing their education. The target group of the project is young people who have problems with mental health, addictive substances and acquiring school education.
