In English:<\/strong> In the workshops<\/strong>, homework summaries<\/strong> were reviewed together, where each team got an overview of the target group of universal prevention in their municipality, at-risk target groups in educational institutions and at-risk target groups outside educational institutions<\/strong>. From the fact sheets, the possible profiles of the target group for the prevention of school dropout were drawn.<\/em><\/p>\n The workshops also started the design of the integrated model<\/strong>. Based on the data and cross-industry knowledge, the teams mapped the needs of the target group<\/strong> at risk of dropping out and prepared personality cards<\/strong>. Then the ecosystem of the target group<\/strong> and the customer journey<\/strong> were noted.<\/em><\/p>\n In parallel with the workshops, an in-depth qualitative study<\/strong> will be conducted in order to complement and clarify the personas and customer journeys prepared by the experts in the workshops and to map the main needs and problems of children\/youth. With an anthropological approach<\/strong>, it is possible to reach the target group directly and bring the world of the ultimate beneficiary of the co-creation process, the child’s perceived realities, views and voices.<\/em><\/p>\n Next step, semi-structured in-depth interviews will take place in each local government with persons<\/strong> belonging to the risk group identified by the teams. \nOn October 18, 20, and 25, the workshops of the project “<\/strong>Development of Integrated Service Model for Prevention Work with Children at Risk of Dropping out of School in L\u00e4\u00e4ne-Viru County<\/strong>” <\/strong>were held, where the cross-disciplinary teams of all eight local governments took part.
